SHIPPING & RETURNS
Simply look for the logo for information on shipping. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS and even FedEx. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS Returns for merchandise purchased from the SLI are accepted if requested within 30 days of receipt of the order. Refunds are not available on downloaded products. Customers must contact the Slingerland® Institute for a Return Authorization Number. Customers can either request the refund be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or request a check from the institute.
- SLI will refund or replace materials defective, damaged in shipping, or shipped incorrectly at no cost to the customer.
- If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with any SIL product, a full credit of the cost of the item will be issued, however the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs. Refunds are not available on downloaded products. All returned materials must be in saleable condition, free of markings, writing, stamping or shelf-worn appearance. All card packets or classroom sets must be returned as a complete set. Products not returned in this fashion will nullify the return and issuance of a refund. The items will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
- A copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns or replacements.
All refunds and credits will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the item(s) at the Slingerland® Institute. In a few instances, store credit may be authorized by the office and provided as an electronic “gift certificate” sent to the email on record. This “gift certificate” is managed in the online store and automatically expires one year after the date of issue.
