I cannot attend the class I signed up for, how do I cancel?
 

Class Cancellation/Substitution

You may cancel your registration up to ten (10) business days before the course begins and we will refund your fully paid tuition less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for the comprehensive class or In-Year class is $50; for the Basics Class is $35; for the short class, it is $20.00; for the Teaching Tools Workshops, it is $15.00.

If you need to cancel less than ten (10) days before a class begins, you may

  • send a substitute from your organization; or
  • transfer 80% of your registration fee to another class of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original class.
A transfer fee of 20% will be deducted from the available funds.

There are no tuition refunds on or after the first day of the class.

If the class is canceled by Slingerland® Institute, then a full refund will be issued to all registrants.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
